Since we have this rep bonus, I thought I’d go for Insane in the Membrane.
Booty Bay NPCs are 5 and 25 rep, just like they always have been.
Rep loss seems to be round numbers, just like before.
Perhaps this isn’t how it’s supposed to work?

Your best bet is something like the Darkmoon faire buff, and even that doesn’t seem to make it much better. I’ve got a few of the goblin reps left, myself.
No sense wasting my time with it right now, then.
