True, but if it was planned to bring back Mage Tower originally – then my point still stands. However, what we are arguing is just conjecture at this point since neither of us are devs nor have access to the planning room.
My point was the law dictates such limited availability has to be followed – which is why I would rather argue for new customization. Just make new colors for the weapons.

Those only unlock if you have done the mage tower, I’m sure they can recolor it a different shade of green or even not green, maybe even evergreen.

Again, if you bought the expansion – you paid money for the product. You paid for the content being available to the account and a limited time availability was put in for the Mage Tower.

You paid money to access the product, which you were given. The only thing complicating “limited” items would be blizzard going back on their word, which would be bad. Not illegal.

Works for me(got all the artifact skins in Legion, which wasnt exactly easy and was a cause for several sleep depriving nights) Personally I wouldn’t mind if the artifacts became available again if other timegated rewards became available but because they wont this seems like the best compromise for everyone!

No, you pay money for both the product and accessing the product via subscription. You had to buy the most recent expansion to play it regardless of having a subscription.
