So I completed the leveling campaign in TWW, got achievements for it and everything, unlocked the factions. Yet the other day The Assembly of the Deeps faction became locked. Hovering over the faction in the in game menu tells me “Complete the quest Back to Gundargaz in The Ringing Deeps”. Thing is, I did! Even after submitting a ticket, a GM got back to me saying they are confused or something because the quest I’m referring to doesn’t unlock the faction. Yet that is what I’m being told in game. I can’t continue the TWW campaign because it says I need to reach renown 4 with each faction before continuing, but it seems I’m not getting credited for renown and I have no way of tracking it. I’ve gone back on every character I have brought into TWW and no sign of the quest anywhere, not available to grab, not in quest logs, nothing. This is absolutely frustrating me to no end. GM stated everything should be working normal and on their end there is no issues, yet here I am. I even provided screen shots of what I’m seeing on my end.
Am I the ONLY one experiencing this!?
