Hi me and my guildies are having a hard time finding the Delver’s Cosmetic Surprise bag from Reno Jackson. This being the 1st quest of S2 we are afraid to fall behind, please help us understand why we cannot see it and what we need to do to see it.

Has anyone tried to use a Macro to buy the item?
I would try it myself but I don’t know how to do it.
The surprise is, there is no bag!

I just thought to try switching the vendor to TSMs interface in the top corner (if you have TSM).
With TSMs interface the item is visible and can be purchased. So, the vendor does have the item, it’s just not visible in the default UI. You can buy the item with TSM though. I did have to click back and forth between the buy and sell tabs in the TSM vendor interface for the items to all load, but it was there and I completed the quest.

I don’t know about any other realms, but I was here in my realm waiting for the bug to get fixed so that I could move on with my life, when suddenly Reno disappeared.
A while later, he reappeared with the bag.
So I don’t know if it’s global, but it seems Blizzard fixed it.

Can confirm this works. Switching to TSM interface allows your buy the item for the quest. Thanks for posting this!

Silly question… TSMs interface? What does that stand for?
As of this post it seems to be fixed… Logged back in just now and Reno had the item
Tradeskillmaster is an AH/trade addon and it has an optional vendor UI as part of it.

heh, they took Reno out back and gave him a talking to, he literally disappeared in-game.
then when we re-appeared, he was selling the thing like he was supposed to.
