Same here, Alleria Realm. Although Sir Murgle does have the starter kit, and I was able to buy it.
I am having same issue cannot complete the quest. I abandoned the quest and turned off all addons, still nothing. Only Sir Murgle has the starter kit.
Missing on Malfurion realms too. What do we even have a PTR for at this point? This is a GAME BREAKING bug that stops seasonal progression.
