Renewing Mist is completely unusable with a talent!

Im testing right now idk what talent yet. I cannot apply renewing mist with current build! I do see the animation of the ability and even uses my thunder focus tea stack but no renewing mist.

Ok so its either the talent Overflowing Mist or Resplendent Mist causing this bug!
It seems to be Resplendent Mist causing this issue for me

You need to have at least one point in rapid diffusion for renewing mists to cast. Bugged for sure but thats what I have found.

I found this out during raid and wondered why my healing was sooooo low. I sounded like a crazy person trying to explain this to my raid lead. I used the starter build and just put in a few raid essentials to get me through, thank you for narrowing down that its rapid diffusion.
