The vendor Meiz in Cobalt Assembly is missing Renewed Proto-Drake: Thick Spined Jaw unlock, I don’t own the item and have not unlocked the customization option. Alt characters can’t see the item either at the vendor.

Game was patched today, and the item is still missing from the vendor. Looks like with the recent hotfix to solve the issue of people being able to purchase it more than once, they just flat out removed the ability to purchase it altogether lol. Nice.
