Renewed Proto-Drake: Love Armor does not show up

I got super lucky yesterday and got the Renewed Proto-Drake: Love Armor Manuscript to drop in the event. I learned the customization, went to the Rostrum of Transformation to equip it, but it did not show up in there. Sent in a loot ticket, and customer support responded with:

We have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Posting this information in here to hopefully get this resolved.

So, I don’t know if you are like me. But the armor isn’t a full transformation it is actual armor. Check the body armor and head armor in the middle tab of the renewed drake.

It shows locked and can’t use it even after learning the recipe in the armor options.

I had a different piece of dragon transformation that did that until I logged out and logged back in. I don’t know if that happened for you, but that was all I needed to do to solve that for my issue.
