Got 20 Charred Elemental Remains, used them to turn into the Renewed Magmammoth mount. I tried to mount but it’s not in my mount journal. I can /cast Renewed Magmammoth and it works, but the mount can’t be accessed any other way.

I am currently having the same exact problem. I submitted a ticket. I turned 20 charred elemental remains into “renewed magmammoth” it said in chat that this was my reward and now it doesn’t appear to exist anywhere. And it’s not in my “collections” either.
Same for me, along with the Duskwing Ohuna. I had to make a macro to summon them for now. But not even in the log as an option collected or not, both are just not in the journal
I to have not received my renewed magmammoth mount, turned in the 20 items and nothing at all in my mount book

Same exact issue with my Renewed Magmammoth as soon as i had the requried items and clicked to learn the mount in my bag the mount disappeared and it appears nowhere, worried that the same thing is going to happen with the ohuna mount so i think i will wait to purchase it honestly
Bumping this again because it just happened to me.
same problem here. neither mount show up in my collection but both can be used by the /cast command. neither added a + to my total mounts either.

Same here, learned the mount and nothing happened, just disappeared.
Same here. You can use them by typing either a /cast or /use command in chat, but it’s a lame bug.
On a sidenote, some of the customizations for dragonriding mounts aren’t working either.

Just seems so dang funny how most of these bugs get though the QA part…if I allowed a bad part or bad rivet though my QA …I’d be out of a job in seconds…
