is there a way to make a macro to shapeshift into bear form cast renewal and Frenzied Regeneration?
Since both Bear Form and Regen are on the gcd it would have to be an awkward cast sequence macro.
You’ll probably get a better result by slapping a health pot and/or healthstone into a Renewal macro. Heals for 50% or more.

Yeah it’s going to be difficult putting bear form IN the macro since “/cast Bear Form” while in bear form would shift you out.
Macroing Frenzied Regeneration with Renewal is simple enough since Renewal is off the gcd. It’s not something I would recommend though, generally you want to be able to space out your personals so that you don’t waste bigger ones when you don’t actually need them, but it is doable.
