I don’t think it’s possible to have 4pc Tier right now (at PvP ilvl) but 2pc with PvP ilvl and 2 piece at PvE ilvl is likely. Getting 1600 rating (or KSM/AotC) gives an item that lets you trade in for a piece of either Heroic raid tier or a piece of Elite PvP Tier of your choice but that is one time per character and then they could have gotten a second piece out of their vault this week.
The Renascent Shadowflame (used for the Revival Catalyst) isn’t out yet, that is coming out the second week of June.
Vault drops tier. maybe 2 pieces was from pve? did you look up his character on the WoW website?
Are the Renascent Shadowflame cumulative ? I mean, if I don’t spend mine this week, will I end up with 2 by the enxt reset ? Thanks m8s
