Hello, I have renamed my character last sunday and usually the data is updated within a few minutes and sites like raiderIO do the switch from old character name to the new.
This time all of my m+ history basically got deleted and getting api errors on raiderio. My armory m+ section is completely blank and running new keys do not update on the armory either altough raiderio tracks them.
How do I get back the data of my past seasons and last week runs on this character?
You may have to wait for a weekly reset.
I have had this issue since last week and the weekly reset did not change anything. Many people are having this issue and yet nothing seems to be done about it. This is getting a bit ridiculous, i guess they are too busy selling us $20 transmogs
Have you tried contacting RaiderIO? Blizzard doesn’t support those websites, they simply provide the API.
RaiderIO said these errors are caused by Blizzard’s data not being updated. Nothing anyone can do but Blizzard. Easy to tell its that way too since the armory m+ section is completely blank now no matter if I run keys.
I just want my data to finally finish transfering to the new name. All previous name changes I’ve done had the data transfer over in minutes. I don’t understand how after 4 days it is still stuck somehow.
