I was tracking a residual memories on one character, and then moved it all to another, and I now have 0 on the first character. Since I have 0 residual memories, it’s not showing up in the currency tab, however it’s still being tracked in the bags. I no longer want to track residual memories, but I have no way of removing it without going to get at least one memory. Since I’m in the middle of Khaz’Algar, this is an annoying prospect and I would rather continue playing the expansion. Please allow us a way to remove tracked currencies directly from the bag, or otherwise keep currencies we have at some point received at least one of in the currency tab.

This is also happening to me with multiple currencies. Once they hit zero, they no longer appear under in the characters currencies tab and cannot be removed from being tracked. This is eventually going to lead to people not being able to track anything because they can’t remove empty currencies from the bag tracking system.
If it appears on the bags, then it should ALWAYS appear in the currencies tab!

Agreed. This is happening to me with the Residual Memories currency from the pre-patch event. It was already happening BEFORE the event expired, which is bad design to begin with, but now that it’s over I just have one useless currency clogging up the display on my bag and can’t remove it. I want it gone.

/run C_CurrencyInfo.SetCurrencyBackpack(3089,false) does NOT fix the issue either.
Well, if this isn’t a fun little bug. Every other currency, EVEN IF 0, stays on your list, but for some asinine reason this one doesn’t?
Having the same issue here and courtesy of this, I can’t track a third currency at all. I’m just stuck permanently with it showing 0 Residual Memories on my bag window and trying to track a third to override tells me I can’t track more than 3. So I do hope this gets fixed, given it’s blocking a function at present lol
Same problem, here! Currency isn’t in the tab since I have zero, but it’s still tracked on the backpack and I can’t remove it, since it isn’t in the currency tab.
experiencing this on 2 of my characters i’ve checked so far. Can’t untrack Residual Memories on this character (Melyssa, Hunter), and whelpling’s awakened crest on the other (Alyanna, Mage). Both characters are at 0 on the respective currency and I can’t untrack because they don’t show in the currency list.

Same here , it will not allow me to unmark Residual Memories from my bag , glad i’m not alone this happened to, hopefully blizzard fixes this Issue

Hears hoping for a speedy fix. There is another forum post in General discussion so hopefully it gets seen soon. (I’m having same issue) Edit: it showed up in my currencies tab today and I was able to untrack. (at 9:30 pm EST on 8/28/2004)

Can confirm this works now. Not only can I untrack it, but it shows up like a standard currency and I can transfer even with 0 on that toon.
Trophy of Strife is giving me this problem now. Just a heads up
