I feel it would a much better system if you let players gear up in advance and at their own pace. This is what I mean by that.
If I get a Mythic Plus 2 item it starts off at 2/12. I only only take to it 4/12 before I need a certain ranking. That is what I would like to have removed.
This would benefit everyone. Players that are hesitant to do higher key can spam lower level one and gear up before taking on the higher keys.
The same goes for pvp. I have to have ranking before I can spend honor to up grade the gear. This makes it harder to find someone to do 2s and 3s with. It also makes it to where you get one shotted. Which makes people not want to even try pvp.
