Because I’m a part of the vocal minority, therefore should be ignored, at least according to certain forum trolls. No, seriously, you can’t make the class competitive outside of long encounters with no heavy movement or any kind of sudden lack of targets if we get penalized for it more, a whole lot more, than the other classes get penalized for it.

In reality, most classes/specs BENEFIT during downtime as there CD’s have more time to come off CD and ready to be used again and start popping off.
So Spriest have to endure a negative double dip in that respect lol.
