These affixes are not particularly interesting or fun. You could balance them, but even then, they still wouldn’t be fun. (Unless, of course, you’re a healer to a bunch of hybrids on Tyrannical weeks)

You’re right, my friend! And there is no need to worry, it would be alright for M+2s and 3s to be without affixes. For at those levels, people are just getting used to the timer and routes.
Or alternatively, bad players could just be removed from the game … same results different solution
Even the best M+ players hate Tyrannical with a passion.
It’s a terrible affix that turns bosses into 5+ minute slogs.

So all those guys in Limit, Echo, Pieces, BDGG, etc are all bad players who should quit the game, Tyrannical needs to go, fortified is fine.
I mean if Tyrannical is gone theres no much point to Fortified either.
They could just rebalance the difficulty of the dungeon to adjust to its removal.

Yeah if you like a game where they severely slash its budget and limit new content creation then that’s a great idea.
I don’t know. Tyrannical is annoying, yes. But I’ve pushed my first 2 15s this week and in a PUG no less. They aren’t crazy hard if you’re following mechanics. I find fortified worse tbh.
Tyrannical should just be nerfed.
I really hate the thing because Tyrannical can be such a wall. No matter how buffed up trash is you can pretty much guaranteed get through a key even if you have to wipe 500 times since you just nuke a mob one at a time. When you get to a boss that you just can’t get through no matter how hard you try (or spend 5+ attempts doing it) it’s just demoralizing.
Just did a 14 ToP and we honestly did fine until the last boss, and then spent about 7 attempts on her. We lost the timer by the 2nd to last boss so it was what it was at that point, but again…just really demoralizing.
i think content should be persistent rather than expiring every 6 months so that works for me.
Ya, just replace them with a slightly increased scaling pier key level and be done with it.
Then push weeks will be based on ease of other affixes, but it’s on bliz to set up the affix weeks so that they’re roughly equally annoying.
Good players hate Tyrannical the most. You’d know this if you ever actually did a reasonably high key.
Let’s say they remove those two affixes.
Next, players are gonna complain about having to deal with necrotic, bolstering and raging in the same week; or even better the mdps crying about storming and spiteful in the same week. <3
Fort is fine to me
But tyrannical is just gross on some bosses. There’s a few it’s fine, but some are just… Ugh 
It would be nice if tyrannical was tuned on a per boss basis
