Give priests back their 30% damage reduction. As a monk if I’m getting trained by a warrior I can paralyze, stun, run. Plus my HoT heals are potent enough for me to survive if I get interrupted.
When I play on my priest I feel helpless. I’m incredibly slow, and if I’m getting trained, I can use fear I guess. I can use shining force (when it works, then they just charge/dash/leap back to me) As a holy I can use chastise. But I quickly find myself getting overwhelmed. We’re incredibly squishy, and slow. What’s the rationale for keeping priests this vulnerable.

The only people that Weakened Soul really hurts are the people who are using PWS incorrectly.
Spamming PWS outside of Rapture was a waste of mana pre WS patch- Blizzard just made it so you can’t do it anymore.
Spamming PWS was a bandaid to cover priests general weakness in pvp. Priests can’t escape anyone, ever. They have to tank. Before ws, you would eventually OOM but you could survive a while. Now, with a few cd limited instants, no hots, no immunities, no snares, one knockback with a laughable slow on a long CD, and one fear also on a long CD, priests are sitting ducks. They are the worst of both worlds, squishy but not elusive and slow but not tanky.

Then they should improve their ability to tank. Because as Wonderbeard said they’re sitting ducks. Monks are squishy too but at least we can run, and move while casting some of our spells. (While some other heals are instant)
