This late into this expansion it makes no sense to limit how many profession skill up items you can loot because there’s no way you’d be able to max out your professions at the current rate. Just let us level our professions to cap for the final season.

Between the master trainer, first craft bonuses, treasures, weeklies, the mettle questline, Zaralek Cavern profession treasures you can get pretty deep into any profession tree on day 1. How much easier does it need to be?
IKR? Just got an alt to 60 last night, got her DF alchy. Shes got alchemical theory wheel filled, transmutes and now ill be going to maximize the resource procs. She will be a perfect transmute chucker soon. Prolly could have gotten away with not filling that first wheel fully but that is my choice.

You can get as many skill ups as you can. I think you meant knowledge points. Aside from the weekly items, you can get the dragon shards as much as you can find them, no limits there.
