There is no reason for bloody coins to be treated differently from honor and have a weekly/seasonal cap and not be warbound. Honor only has the 15k cap and is warbound.
Bloody Coins are purely WPvP and the gear you buy from them is minimally better than honor gear and worse than conquest gear. There is no reason to clutch pearls with bloody coins.

Bloody Tokens are capped because they’re practically a second weekly source of Conquest gear and they’re excellent options to cover the Belt/Wrist/Cloak/Boot slots early in a season so you can focus on spending your Conquest on tier slot pieces to convert with Catalyst charges.
Sure they might not be your best stats but they are vers heavy and you’d be trolling if you didn’t use them early on in supplementing PvP gearing.
