Raids inside the portal halfway up the ramp and the quest giver being camped at the same time isnt PVP.

They need to open up transfers off of PVP servers. A lot of people who were just interested in a PVP server experience like an era PvP server (a rogue tries to gank you in the open world, and you fight back – the best man wins) didn’t sign up for 3:1 ratios camping quest turn ins.
