Remove Soar Cooldown
Granted, but every time you use it you have a 50% chance to trip instead.

It’s a dragon race, it’s very silly that they expect it to ride ONTOP of another dragon when the race itself is fully capable of flight. Make Soar a dragon riding mount ability and get rid of any CD.

It’s 3min so it’s not bad. Just wish I could stay airborne a bit longer but that might be me and my lack of control. I may or may not crash into stuff frequently.

Yes! Either remove the cooldown on Soar completely, or give us normal 310% flying as our dracthyr form.

Technically the “wolves” do have running wild but that’s not flying. I thought I read that Dracthyr were getting the ability to use the dragonriding stuff in soar? once we get to DF and can collect the McGuffins.
Oh yeah it does and will eventually drop the cooldown to 1min

You get passives that reduce the cool down to 1:30 in the Dragon Isles.
Did they change it article I read said 60sec with friendly skies?
Yeah I know one is land and one is air… but I’ve often dithered about Blizzards consistency. Soar is the Drak’s racial mount equiv… They get a land mount as part of their leveling zone. But like I said Soar shouldn’t have a CD… That is like running wild having a CD.

and it still sucks and is far inferior to dragon riding, which makes it pointless in the isles
make it identical to dragon riding and/or give dracthyr a flight form for old content

Yup, i would much rather have a flight form similar to druids. It would be easy for the devs to implement.
Or just remove the cooldown on soar entirely.
it would be easier than easy, because someone datamined one that already exists for testing purposes. adjust the flight speed and done, everyone’s happy

It ain’t good either, and I don’t like the entertainment I pay for languoring in bald mediocrity.
Especially with several blatantly obvious solutions sitting right there for all to see.
