3v3 is now dead and will be dead as long as RSS is a thing.
If you want Gladiator, you will also be getting Rank 1.
This is terrible for the game.
Solution- Remove RSS, Add Rated solo RBG’s Problem solved.

Yes remove the mode thats the most accessible for the majority of the playerbase so you can feel prestige from your 20 year old 3v3 bracket yes blizzard please get on this idea asap!

I honestly think this would be the best solution for the 3v3 ladder bring back the % for Gladiator.
I’m not really sure what the “fix” is. Having shuffle be the easiest to push by a sizable margin as well as giving all the generic (rival elite set, elite tabard, etc) rewards no doubt kills 2v2 and 3v3 for most people.
That’d keep it similarly or even more uncommon, though?

no RSS is the only form of PVP i do now, for an old and solo player with friends all quited WOW.

Solo shuffle should be its own gamemode and not 3v3 lite for starters (and also not RBG lite). Blizzard has the resources to create new dungeons and raids, create a new objective based gamemode tailored to solo queue.
And just like M+ has separate rewards from raids, do the same for solo shuffle.

Tbh I think it might encourage some pushing, at least end of season, instead of whatever misery this is. Especially if they don’t remove elite from 2400.
People who have glad that don’t play WoW for a job are probably done queueing for the season - especially with the snails pace with which they’re putting out changes for rogue after nerfing a ton of everything else. RSS is just easier than RPP/RMX/L$D every round.
It’s literally making it harder which is the opposite of something that’d encourage more people to play.

Idk, deflation making 50 games above 2400 borderline impossible for non R1 players right now vs % base might drive some people to queue if they know they could get it from like 2200+ end of season or something.

I just don’t think RSS was the answer for people finding players to q games with. They need to strip all the rewards from RSS. The only way to get duelist or elite would be in 2v2 or 3v3 ladder.
This really is one of those self-fulfilling things where nobody wants to push a bracket because it’s hard to push and in avoiding playing it they’re making it harder to push.
