Is there a reason for these to still exist? Maybe I can understand for people leveling that want a little extra item lvels in their artifact, but since they are all disabled, and unnecessary at max level could we remove them from legacy loot?
It’s going to be an uphill battle to farm a raid/dungeon and get nothing but relics to drop…
I would rather legacy loot have a option to just auto convert all non-mogable items to gold before looting. If you can’t mog it but someone else could that’s one thing, but rings, relic’s, trinkets and necklaces are just mean.
While we’re at it, can we get the raid loot boxes in Garrison missions changed to this, too. Call it Legacy Loot if you want, but if I get another ring from that HFC loot box… I guess I’ll just… vendor it.
See these… I dunno. I would be behind eliminating them IF:
Just because I like the Raw Gold generated.
ALSO, there are some old Trinkets that… well… they can be magical in the right circumstances lol. Anyone remember what happened during the AV Korrak Anniversary?
And with the squish, they’ll be even worse. I mean, right now they provide like a +2 or +3 item level. Come SL I’m not even sure if they’ll increase the artifacts item level at all.
However … I don’t think the legacy loot is a different table. It’s just a set of rules. IE “roll for loot from ALL the tables”. It doesn’t discriminate.
I know. Just had to point out this would potentially be a lot of extra work. And yes, I’d like for them to remove it. But there are people who may level through legion. So the Relics will serve a purpose. It’ll suck for mog runs of course.
