Oh Blizzard if you remove raider io more people will fail keys and the power creep will slow. Then bam your content last longer and equals more money. Think about all the money you will make and all the people you will anger. Come on you know you want tooooo.

It’s a bit abused but it’s overall a positive thing. Especially for alliance. Trust me on this lol. We still couldn’t clear azshara on heroic pugs - do you trust pugs to do your keys without screening them first?

put yourself in my shoes I want to do mythic plus content but I have trouble getting into ANY key and I mean any. even a plus 2 it’s like swiping on tinder when your drunk after a break up. I just apply for everything and hope for the best.

Nah, i’ll just use wowprogress like I was prior to raider IO being a thing. It would just make building groups take longer. And if wowprogress goes away, I’ll use warcraft logs. And if that goes away, I’ll use the ladder and armory.
The majority of the people I know in this game came directly from pugging content. Pugging content doesn’t lead to toxicity.

Don’t like it? Start your own.
You dont use raider,io to lookup pugs for raids…
You use Warcraftlogs.
You want to make a banging pug group, you take the time to lookup everyone on warcraft log and only invite people with top knotch parses.

That is 100% wrong. Are you saying when people pug mythics and someone screws up someone else doesn’t go off of them?

I literally pug all my content. I pugged about 300 or more M+ keys last season. There are some toxic people, but the majority aren’t. There are also toxic people in guilds. There are toxic people in trade chat. There are toxic people in lfr. There are toxic people in pvp. List goes on and on.
In wrath I made a guild called “We Pugged It” on Gorefiend. it was a group of about 35-40 players… all of whom had come to my regular pugs. I got to know a lot of them and eventually made the guild with a few core friends.
I still play the game like that. While I don’t raid these days, I still make lots of groups for keys. It’s what I enjoy.
so no, pugging doesn’t create a toxic environment. Those people are toxic regardless of the content they are doing.

believe it or not alot of times I do but I explain the fights before we enter the dungeon and try to be as proactive with people as possible. Now timmy the vulpera make sure on this priestess you switch to the gold add and then stand in blood puddle when transfusion comes up.

that was a reply to the start your own group post. you can only start your own group until your keys depleted. After that with a newer character returning it’s quite hard to get started in keys. I get declined from 2s which is sad when I’m just starting out and I hate it. Oh well I’ll probably finish lfr and quit. Till shadowlands
