Remove precise shots and let arcane shot always hit hard it has a focus requirement already. Precise shots makes the spec feel really really clunky.
Having to use Globals and Focus on Arcane shots to use up precise shots during TRUESHOT makes zero sense. When all you want to be pressing it AIS and rapid fire.
TLDR Remove Precise shots buff arcane shot. Make LNL baseline rng proc.

also scatter on disorient DR instead of incapacitate
I would like to see LnL proc off all attacks, that would justify the 5%. If LnL is just autos it should be 15 to 20
Overall our whole talent tree has too much RNG its annoying
Easy fix would be Aimed Shot consuming Precise Shots during True Shot adding the damage to Aimed Shots
Thats worse just for the face people dont want arcane shots damage gated behind a 2.5 sec stationary aim shot cast. We want to choose to spend our focus on aim shots or arcane shots. No reason arcane shouldnt do more dmg since it costs focus.
