I mean you aren’t reading… How much does radiance hit for on average on a scaled down 60? Lets compare and contrast what the average would be on a fresh 51, high ilvl 59. Let’s even compare to a level 56 in the same ilvl green gear.

Imagine being able to scale down from 60 but not being able to scale up to 60 so everyone is on equal footing.
And btw, I crush 60’s in lower level BGs as a 30-39 player, I find that decent PVP’ers don’t do this, its usually scrubs and keyboard turners, only really bad players do this.
