I’ll be honest, I just hate how alliance shamans cast “Heroism” instead of Bloodlust… we are shamans regardless, both Alliance and Horde Mages use time warp…
I agree with you 100%. Bloodlust is a shaman thing not so much a faction thing.
Even non-faction based mobs (mercenaries for example) in Warcraft 3 cast bloodlust too…so the argument about it being a lore horde only thing doesn’t make sense either.
Thank you, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks like this!!
Do what thrall did , Reroll warrior
You guys don’t need anything to replace it with. Mages (Along with warlocks) are always some of the top DPS every tier. You guys don’t need time warp at all.
Then fine with it when people start the blame game when we hit the boss with wet noodle. And while we’re at it, remove shaman totems they get in every ones way.
Joke’s on you, we already lost most of our totems
Lose them all and see how that feels . You’ll be screaming about it in a high shrill.
Don’t project on me.
Mages have little-to-no room to gripe if they lost Lust; they provide Int buff, 100% water/food and instant travel to most major locations while also being one of the most meta dps in the game.
Alternately Blizzard could stop deleting spells that overlap themes for the sake of “Class identity”
So you are saying shamans have first dibs on the spell but are unwilling to share with others ,now that is a selfish point of view imho. This game was never balance nor fair not even to any class. So in the future like any changes presented ,we will lose our own special spell at a whim.
Fine. Then in the spirit of consistency, roll Horde. Because in the beginning, being a shaman was the province of the Horde. Shamans should be deleted from the Alliance, and paladins should be deleted from the Horde. With the idea of returning to an arrangement consistent with how things were, of course.
The spell Shamns got in BC while Mages and Hunters got it in Cataclysm? If we’re going by the rule of dibs then yes, Shaman do have first dibs.
But that’s irrelevant, because Blizzard doesn’t like Shaman so Mages don’t ever have to worry about losing anything that Shaman had/have
And yet ,they hate Arcane far back since I can remember and especially paladins.lol. Yes ,we do have worry about it after all they’re changing it again soon in 4 months time the cycle never ends, mages and hunter will lose .Shamans will be there with that grin laughing at how they convinced a company to ruin it’s own game and don’t think it’s not possible either.
I personally would give each spec back its armours.
Frost spec, frost armour: armour increased by say, 15% with slow on contact for melee mobs and haste increased by 5%
Fire spec, molten armour: armour increased by 15%, crit increased by 5% and applies a flame dot to melee mobs
Arcane spec, temporal armour: armour increased by 15%, vers increased by 5% and all attacks have a chance to miss entirely.
Something like that.
Cool, now shamans are mandatory for every single group.
Should also make priests the only good healers and warriors the only good tanks while you’re at it, and mages/rogues the only good DPS.
… mages have THREE specs too. ???
Hey, the dude was using a crossbow in the Maw.
Fine, but take shaman back from the alliance and remove paladins from horde as well. Have fun being a tauren.
It was added because mages were blizz favorite class in cata. Good luck removing it.
Look… I understand wanting to share the wealth so that more than one class can bring something to a given group.
Only, Blizz isn’t doing that.
It seems fairly evident that they ARE playing favorites… Given that they’ve taken things away from shaman to allow ONLY mages to have +int or ONLY warriors to have +attack power.
If it’s about each class having unique benefits? Then let us Shaman have our unique benefit. Uniquely.
