Lets make raiding prestigious again. A casual can do normal mode without any trouble if they want to. It used to be you had to earn the ability to raid current content instead of it being handed to you. The lazy and entitled playerbase even ruined Classic by demanding nerfed content so they can get easy gear.

LFR is the only version that is an auto-queue and split up into wings for quick runs. It’s not going anywhere. Go back to Classic.

LFR is actually the reason Blizz is willing to keep making raids. It’s hard for them to validate making a bunch of stuff that “only the elite” will ever see. LFR though means pretty much everyone can see that content, giving more reason to keep making it.
So yeah, you can axe LFR… if you don’t mind axing most of your future raids. Your prestige comes from ACHIEVEMENTS now, not stepping into a raid instance.

The avg casual is so bad they leave after 1 wipe, LFR is that game mode that allows raid experience so easy you can do blindfolded, you can tank as a healer, or do damage as a tank, it doesn’t matter. it’s super easy, and babysits you to no end
with the removal of tier sets, it’s no longer a “mandatory to get bonuses fast” like in DragonSoul, and the wings come so late into the xpa you don’t get to do last boss until it’s already done in heroic . LFR is very helpful, no pls, dont remove it
plus… even LFR is harder than classic raids lol. Mechanically speaking at least, how were bosses back then? 1 difficulty, 1 mechanic at most, remember 1st boss of black temple? yeah the pulsating aoe target dummy

I kind of agree, a compromise would also be to also remove mythic. Add hardmodes to each raid, Ulduar did this perfectly, as having multiple difficulties on PvE content ruin immersion, tbh the same goes for dungeons. Saying you killed x or y boss means nothing now.
You will get mass flagged though just for speaking your opinion,
To those saying it doesn’t impact other players, it actually does have an impact on the game by negating content. People on these forums love to say “if you don’t like it just ignore it!” while ignoring the context that people bring these things up in.
People who don’t want to raid shouldn’t be made to raid, LFR is lazy content that devalues raiding by making it accessible to those who don’t raid, then they ignore making content dedicated for people who may want to progress in a different way.
