With so many races now including the allied races it’s close to impossible to find the race/class combos you need to complete the achievement. It honestly just needs to be removed from “Merrymaker”
Or, alternatively, allied races count.
When was the last time you saw a dark iron dwarf pally let alone a normal dwarf pally?

Earlier today. Guildie was on his pally and he was I think just regular dwarf pally. Not sure though. I know he’s a dwarf of some sort.
I’m in a cross faction guild so I see a lot of the OG non allied races.

Have you tried going to the racial starting zones to look for what you still need? Or just popular leveling areas? The group around the abominable greench is usually quite populated and you may find an assortment of race class combinations. You can also ask in chat in Valdrakken if someone has an alt of what you need, too. Or you can make a low level alt of the opposite faction to ask in their chat, as well. A friend can make some level one alts of what you need, too.

I have been having an absolutely miserable time trying to do this achievement.
I’ve been camping the Timeways for HOURS hoping to see an Orc DK. Other places I have tried include: Valdrakken, Amirdrassil’s Raid entrance, The Greench, and I even went to Orgrimmar for a bit yesterday I was so desperate.
I’ve wasted hours on this 
If I had a copper for every elf I’ve seen in the meantime… Hoo boy!
