I have no idea what “backfitting” is supposed to be. This doesn’t change the fact that the game is not vanilla as they’ve added a few QoL changes and fixed many bugs.

They are going for their version of “vanilla-feeling”, which is why they changed batching. That’s basically private server thought process. It’ll be more accurate, but that’s what it is going to be. A blizzard sponsored vanilla private server.
I do know when they changed batching, it wrecked how hunter pets work. Don’t think that was a vanilla change now was it?
