Internet connection is not bad today. There is no need for leeway.
Leeway today gives Tauren 15 feet melee range, that’s game breaking atm.
Only reason to have leeway if you throttle everyone’s internet back down to 10 years ago.
It feels very broken and not like original at all.

For maximum leeway, I plan to play a Tauren who wields another Tauren as his weapon.

To be honest a tauren hunter will dominate the range game.
This is not an exploit, though. Extended melee range is a defined Tauren benefit and everyone gets the benefit of leeway.

This is the problem with removing leeway, right now 60% of the pop is rolling mage/warlock, in the duel tournaments it was all casters that dominated, mages/warlocks/priests and an ele shaman.
Take out leeway and less people will play warrior(this probably sounds good to a lot of people) but then you realize in vanilla warriors make up 95% of the tanks for dungeons and now everyone is spamming LF1M Tank and hating their life.
Warriors are Masterclass for a reason YOU NEED THEM, stop trying to make things worse for our tanks! I want to be able to find a group!

The way characters are acting in the beta was 100% accurate. You don’t like it play bfa.
No it’s not. I did play original.
People weren’t meleeing you from 15 feet, you could actually in Classic circle the melee outside their melee range to kite. This is not possible in recreation as you simply get hit at 15 yards.
This is a change, and I want it to be how it was.
I think people using Tauren’s as the example are really hurting their case to get it changed. That is combining two separate issues into one.
How is Tauren’s internal range an issue?
If it’s not an issue, then Tauren wouldn’t always be the example people use for leeway.
