Blizzard, PLEASE. You removed this back in like 2014. TAKE IT OUT AGAIN. Our gear is too strong and Soft Foam Sword doesn’t work in dugeons or elites. Please, can we get this off in the next patch? The Glory to the Ulduar Raider is impossible as gear is TOO GOOD. Even naked, our natural Agility/Strength/Intellect is TOO MUCH, we one shot them. We can’t weaken them. Please, REMOVE THIS AGAIN!
This was hard to get in cata. I ran it once with my guildies last expansion and it took a few hours but they did get it. You just can’t attack them at all.
That is BULL. You shouldn’t have to wait HOURS to get an obsolete achievement THEY REMOVED IN THE PAST. This achievement shouldn’t have returned. This is literal cancer as far as I’m concerned. Blizzard NEEDS to remove it immediately
Doubt they will. They’ve already removed at least 3 from Glory achieves. 1 from DS, 2 from mogushan vaults.
I know this achieve is really annoying, glad I got it a long time ago.
They removed Iron Dwarf, Medium Rare before. THEY NEED TO DO IT NOW. This achievement was MUCH easier to achieve when it was progression. IT IS NOT ANY LONGER. I doubt they’ll make her enrage timer a 5-8 minute, not 15 minutes. I needs to be removed like they did back in MoP or in WoD
Oh well, get a lowbie warlock and have them drain life or soul or slap the npcs.
Got a long time ago so, so sad too bad.
I already have this achievement, But I agree that this achievement should be removed from the meta as it was before.
I don’t know why it was re-added, But it is impossible to do as you cannot attack any of the mobs for this achievement as you would (1) shot them.
You need to get them as low health as possible for the dragon to kill them, But this is impossible at higher levels that would like to earn this achievement.
So I agree that this achievement should be removed from the meta again. I wish everyone the best of luck that still needs to earn this!
I still hate “Only the Penitent…” more. =)
uhu, an annoying achievement in a video game is comparable to a life-ending illness?
what’s with the entitlement anyway, how do you reckon that you can demand stuff like this, your parents didn’t bring you up this way I hope
You can still get it with Timewalking.
Time walking you can now complete it again sooo there is that
This is true. The word “cancer” shouldn’t be used liberally, especially not with the qualifier “literally.”
Unfortunately, this is where your credibility fails, combined with your reply to my topic.
The word “entitlement” is a strong indicator to stop listening to the person using it.
Because one person is going to get a raid finder-assembled group to coordinate? There’s no guarantee they even all speak English.
(On a related note, that very reason is why LFR is as easy as it is, and why people complaining that it’s too easy have zero understanding of the topic and thankfully their misunderstanding is not shared by the dev team.)
It’s WAY over attuned & happens ONCE a year. F that noise.
Laoghaire: No one cares what you think. Either contribute to the topic or leave.
I vote they just fix Soft Foam Sword instead.
9/10 times it does not seem to work correctly — and as you said; Instances/Raids is a no go.
Make it work in old content, 100%.
Should make the sword work in dungeons aslong as they are a significantly lower level than you.
have you tried to level a toon that can handle the boss that isn’t SL overtuned? I’m confident that this would solve your issue.
I got this achieve a few weeks ago on my lvl 60 pally. What I did was put it up to track the achieve. I went in and started the event. I didn’t touch anything until they started attacking the npcs that were fixing the harpoons. (I killed them) After all 4 were repaired, I went around aggroing and taunting what I could until Razorscale enraged. I then ran and clicked all harpoons to bring Razorscale down. I then stood in front of him with all the dwarves I had gathered and when he became unstunned he roasted them. I looked at my achievement tracker and I had only 14 the first try. I did not attack Razorscale at all…I reset the encounter by jumping off the edge of the platform, died and did the same thing over.
You do not lose track of the ones Razorscale killed on any attempts, so doing it again just added to the 14 I already had. I didn’t have enough the second time either and did it a 3rd time and had it.
