Well… without Ice Strike… your 42 frost shocks cant hit for 1mil dmg each. So it would have to bake in the big chunk of ice strike dmg plus the ability for your frost shocks to go nuclear.

Don’t need ice strike, it’s a dumb bloat. Should just be made a passive proc similar to Stormweave except for frostshock.

Ice Strike and the empowered frost shocks are responsible for ~9% of your msw generation in an ele build, so there’s that.

ice strike is fine , in PvP Feral Lunge IceStrike , good dps for next frost shock and it like the HAMSTRING version of ENH so . no dont remove it lol
