Remove Faerin From The Story, She Doesn't Have a Place and Feels horribly Forced

Erm.

They’d have to leave out the behelit event.

The eye contact :eye: :eye:

Yeah and they knew you’d keep giving them your money despite all your tantrum throwing over it so they literally don’t care lol

That’s more or less what it is. It’s Blizzard (at least in WoW) saying 'Hey, we know we have representation problems. Let’s roll all our past sins into one character so she can appeal to everyone." Thus, creating a rushed, confusing important character that really doesn’t appeal to anyone.

Regrettably with the declining quality and Blizzard picking sides in politics…

This was the inevitable outcome.

you’re not gonna get more than that. all this has been is a looooooooong and occasionally hilarious exercise in finding entendre and euphemism for racism

I can still like diffrent aspects of this game.

I just don’t have a care for Retail or whatever they’re trying to pull story wise.

My favorite dog whistle was capitalizing “Modern Day Politics” or whatever. What was yours?

We can still criticize it though. I don’t play WoW for the story, I lost interest in it during BFA.

The inevitable outcome was that people like you would complain that a character is black?

So you admit it then?

Also like, when are you just going to be like “yeah Blizzard sucks now and ruined this game, I’m not going to pay for it anymore”? Like where is the line for you where you will finally stop paying for this game?

Wait until you find out that racism is an evolutionary trait.

That one blew my mind the first time I went down that rabbit hole

honestly i figured the loser was capitalizing because it’s what the felon-in-chief does on social media. and we know where dude gets his takes from.

idk if i had a favorite. i just liked how much repetition there was of “black people ‘don’t belong’ in warcraft.” like that’s pretty mask-off

The funny thing is that Blizzard has been pretty good about representation in the past. Diablo 2 is pretty much one of the first representation of black Paladin I’ve seen and this was back in the 90s when it wasn’t such a hot topic.

lmfao pls tell me you don’t actually subscribe to evolutionary psychology or think this is an excuse

I don’t think her skin color matters, what makes me sad is.

That you think it does.

But hey, keep thinking that I guess…

It’s a real thing buddy

“The relationship between evolution and racism is still a topic of debate among scholars. Some argue that understanding the evolutionary roots of racism can help us develop more effective strategies to mitigate its effects. Others emphasize that racism is a product of cultural and social constructs, and addressing it requires a focus on education, empathy, and social change.“

i can see why so many people laugh at you

That’s just… not true

what

oh, sure. iirc studies also indicate infants have preferences for people of their own race. good thing it’s also definitely a thing any good person grows out of; even this blurb is rife with speech regarding addressing it as a problem

Feel free to research it.

It was a self preservation trait
