Hereâs the thing. Thatâs not what you are arguing. You keep on going about removing the penalty for yourself. You have made no effort to try and make any other way around it, but agree to other peopleâs attempts for you. You obviously do not care for other peopleâs time which means even those incentives youâve agreed to from other people dont actually matter to you.

They stated that itâs an awful system that solves nothing with the cycle inevitably being started anew when they desert another group once theyâve killed the last two bosses they needed not that complicated to understand.
the other way around is to have a better system which i stated already but you refuse to read
tldr; system is bad, lets keep it bad for no reason
so the alternative is to, what, completely brick groups that have people leave since queues will only drop people in fresh? Now they have to reclear all 3 again?

when you queue for lfr it is for 3 bosses. a wing.
you should be expected to stay for the entire duration without leaving or quitting, unless you want a 30 minute penalty.
people should not be penalized for leaving something 66% completed that they didnât sign up for
And the group should not be penalized because someone had to leave.

queueing for backfill should be an option as i said up earlier.
you should not auto-backfill unless you want.
and backfilling should be rewarded
TLDR of course itâs bad, half the people can queue in, tag the boss and AFK.
Normals are smoother and have much less hiccups.

leave lfr that you joined at the start for? = punished
they should have queued instance backfill option
beating leavers with a stick wonât stop them from leaving, nor does this do anything to protect the rest of the group if someone bails out.

which is why a penalty exists
There is no penalty that would stop 100% of leavers, and youâre just forcing the rest of the group to leave and take a penalty because the run becomes incompletable because a core role left and its hard enough to fill a tank slot without waiting for one that wants to backfill.
