Loving legion and WoD zones so much more now I can fly. I’m super casual so I don’t have time to grind pathfinder.
Please consider making bfa require no pathfinder also since it’s now old content kinda.
While your at it make flying available in SL from a flying trainer at 60, guarantee you’ll get many more subs
Sadly, as much as some would love this, it’s unrealistic given Blizzard’s stance on how they want their content to be run.
I am sure that BfA Pathfinder will be gone by 10.0, but I have a feeling that since Blizz just put in the new Exile’s Reach to lead straight into BfA for new players, that they want them on the ground, running the content “as it was intended,” to quote Blizz.
And since I know that they’re never going to take out Pathfinder, I’d like to see there only be a Part One, or let Part One unlock flying in the base expansion zones and Part Two unlock flying in the end game zones.
I get the whole not wanting to grind out rep for Pathfinder. It’s not what I’d call the most fun I’ve had. Hehe

They just removed 2 pathfinder requirements.
The more I read the forums, the more I realise people don’t want to play the game. They just want to be given everything.
Given the trend they’ll probably do it after Shadowlands. But as someone who has it, I don’t mind if they give new people flying. Just feels like to have and something to look forward to at 30.
We have 100% rep gains right now. You’re telling me you don’t have 30 minutes to knock out the emissary world quests at least?
Who knows maybe after Shadowlands Blizzard will do the same thing and allow people to fly without having the achievement in BfA.
To be fair, we used to spend expansions leveling on the ground, then spend time earning the gold to buy flying. It wasn’t that much different, except we didn’t have to grind rep. Which is why I’m okay with Part One, because we essentially did that in the past anyway.
It’s not about actual time restraints for pathfinder, it’s just the excuse they use instead of just saying “Guys I really want to fly but I don’t want to spend time grinding for it and I won’t take delayed gratification as an answer”
Blizzard has no empathy for flying. They are pulling out every trick in the book to keep us grounded.

I have nothing against pathfinder if it wasn’t for the time gate. It’s better than grinding gold. Making people wait more than a couple months is unnecessary.

I feel you. I’m gonna run through BfA on Alliance side because I’ve never done it before but after that I don’t think I’ll touch BfA without flying. The only thing holding me back from PF Part 2 is the Nazjatar and Mechagon rep but I don’t find those areas fun, so oh well.

I’m almost there.
And I just can’t bring myself to grinding out that last bit in order to fly.
