Wintergrasp is/was highly regarded as one of the most successful PvP zones ever, Iām not sure where you are pulling this from? The hundreds of threads since Wrath asking for it to be made relevant again prove it.
Please remove this unwanted cancer from the game and bring bak strandā¦ if you want your player base to completely x out pvp youre doing a great job. Ive been a hardcore pvper since wotlk, and ashran makes me want to never que random epic again. Its laggy. 100000p% loss rate. Why? Revamp it for the people who cant afford a 2000+ machine. My computer meets and exceeds the requirements for wow. Ashran is the only place i lag. So please actiblizzard get rid of the cancer that is ashran. Pleaseā¦
I personally love the breath of fresh air that WG give s in vehicle fights. Im guessing you also hated strand of the ancients?
I do believe that people comprehend this which iām pretty certain is the reason for the āprotestsāā¦Just like lets see SotA as an extreme example where it was completely removed from the game. But letās not go that far and just remove it from the queue lol.
I got AV last night and it was damn epic, went for nearly 1hr and we only won by 100 reinforcements.
So many of the other epic BGs are too full of gimmicks like vehicles.
I didnāt like Ashran when it was current content and I donāt like it now. If it pops up, I take my 15 minutes and do something more useful.
I loved Wintergrasp during Lich King when it was a server social event. But as a BG, itās just not worth the effort. Getting blown up by vehicles is not my idea of fun. Iāll spend my 15 minutes elsewhere.
I donāt really like IoC. But I will tolerate it if it pops.
AV is the only really true epic battleground. If it pops up, Iām all in until the end.
As you can see, whenever I queue for epic BGās, thereās only a 25% chance that Iāll enjoy the experience. So, I only do them until I get my daily win.

Wintergrasp was anything but a successful PvP zone, Blizz totally borked it and it went thru so many hasty fixes and changes throughout WotLK, it was a disaster.
It also flopped as a wpvp zone.
Yes people have nostalgia for WotLK.
Please take Ashran out from the queue, I enjoy BGs but this alone makes me instantly /afk and hope I donāt get it next time.
I used to do epic BGs up until I experienced wintergrasp and ashran. Theyre both pretty awful. I just dont que for them now.
Mathematically its worth more honour to leave and wait 15min for another epic BG than to play for the time and finish a game of Ashran.

This is a fair comment. I think once Blizzard has a better data set of the average length of each BG (I was in one that ended in 25m the other day, Tremblade was slain 
), rewards can be looked at. Perhaps the repeatable quest to slay players can come back in-game; kill 100 players, get 100 honor and 10 conquest.
100% agree. There are many BGs that i donāt like, but I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE this BG. I seriously wish I could ____(fill in the blank) the group of people who thought this was a good ideaā¦
I have no issue with the epic BGs except Ashran. Itās a giant waste of time, because the team is always influx with people leaving.
The fact that the Horde get a free 15% stat buff, and the Ally getā¦nothing is also part of the problem.
Iāve been in and out of WG in less then 10 mins, win or lose. Iāve also played out a full game of WG and just barely won or lost. Ashran is a complete HK farm for Horde.
I would like blacklisting brought back, so I can avoid trAshran.
Or just remove it from the epic BG queue and cycle it into the brawl only, restoring it to what it was in WoD.
Or just remove Ashran altogether. Iād rather do Tol Barad than Ashran.

Ashran is, the way it was back then ā¦ very bad. Itās saving grace back then where the Events ā¦ but now u not do those anymore, its a pure Zergfest. Zero Strategy whatsoever, superboring to play as Melee ā¦ so what am i supposed to do in there exactly?

Ashran is horrible and I have had nothing but it and WG for like 10 BGs straight, 9 of those being Ashran. Holinkaā¦ you suck.
