In most of my pugs I have to race the dps/tank to dispel them.
Afflicted is definitely one of the easier affixes, just an awareness check every 45 seconds.
One of the challenges in designing affixes is that different key ranges find different affixes difficult.
Afflicted/Incorporal and old grevious are non-issues in high keys yet get tons of complaints.
Sanguine may be one of the easiest affixes for < 20 keys and the hardest for top keys.
