The thing is with affixes like this is that players want to put its responsibility off on another player. What blizz should have done is make it a kiss/curse affix. Because if it helps the group, then more players actively want to do the affix.
No, not really. People will ignore every affix possible.
Or in the times of positive affixes, mathematically inefficient route, just skip the miniboss.
