Its definitely way too good but I think its really fun to play against randomly. Maybe they just need to reduce the radius or just the damage, its practically a guaranteed trinket+wall every time but without this I think frost dk is pretty bad.

WAY too early to speculate on anything, but every class was A-S tier by the end of last season and FDK was an S tier spec that got several damage buffs without its survivability being meaningfully changed given the playstyle.
Basing all that I’d say its safe to assume yes, but anything can happen in the first 4 weeks of tuning; unholy went from S++ to the worst spec.
Not trying to say anything just yet, was trying out a new build and just had a fdk do 18mil dmg in about 10 seconds of an arena. Couldn’t move, run, etc. Stunned twice, dead. Did they get some pretty heavy buffs?
Unholy was a solid C+ or B- buddy

There’s no chance there won’t be tuning before S2 starts. Feels like half the DPS are 10.0.7 Rets.

That also being said, FDK was absolutely an A to S tier class depending on the comp you were playing.
Not every spec is gonna be good, but I feel like the best we can reasonably hope for is every role available to a class having at least 1 good spec. Not all 3 rogue/lock/mage specs need to be S tier (even though they often are).
Because clearly, frost needed MORE HELP to get their meme one shot off right? Is not like unholy has been bad the entire seasin and they get nothing

Also when I was playing with Frost death knight alongside my holy paladin, we had like 85% wins
the only changes the new fdk talent needs are damage nerfs and the removal of the negative downsides the talent comes with
if it was just like a 100% remorseless winter buff with the radius, nothing else, would be fine
If things stay the way they are, sounds like TWD could be insane. remorseless into slicing winds every 30 seconds sounds like madness!
Keep going with this, it was really funny watching your suggestions tank the spec for the last 2 expacs.
