I’m not the only one! This seems to only be a problem if you don’t start with the WW artifact as your first one as I’ve talked to some of the monks on Stormrage about it. But I got to level 70 on my timerunner brewmaster monk before I tried to get my 2nd artifact. I chose WW and now I’m stuck with only one weapon and the same problem you guys have. Important to note that I cannot even try to get the MW artifact if I wanted to because I’m locked by this Thunder on the Sands quest in Ramkahen. Please blizz, fix ASAP… I don’t wanna make another monk
