So I’ve got a demon hunter that’s in a phased Orgrimmar after being transferred. I’ve tried everything and nothing works. I did the starting quest lines for Shadowlands and BFA, the NPC at the violet citadel had the option to do the broken shore scenario but does nothing when I select it. Anybody know anything about this?
best you can do is post in the bug report forums and hope a dev sees it then fixes it in a few months
Its a known issue and usually fixes itself with the weekly update. It happened to 2 of my characters during Remix and both were in the proper version of Org by the next Tuesday reset.
Curious if there were any fixes noted where the weekly reset didn’t catch it? I moved mine over Sunday and even today there is still no ability to pick up TWW intro. Signed, A Really Sad Tauren
I didnt see anything. I’m just hoping the weekly reset does something because I can’t even put in a ticket right now.
I think Blizzard is hoping the same at this point. They’ve not acknowledged anything. Support can only tell me, “You haven’t completed the introductory quest, so you can’t go to Dornogal.” Like, I know, that’s exactly what I’m complaining about, is I cannot access it, at all.
I suspect Blizzard is more worried about everything else than this issue and just assumes people have other characters to play on or will roll an alt if not. Incredibly frustrating that there are so many posts and not even an acknowledgement from the CM’s, GM’s, etc. that it’s a thing, let alone whether it’s going to be fixed. Does not inspire confidence for any future remix events.

This happened specifically to 2 BE Demon Hunters, and they are still in limbo. Over the last few weeks of Remix, I slowly transferred all my characters over, and only these 2 are still stuck. I did see a post (though I forget where) and someone mentioned it was due to it being a new class in Legion and when Blizz did Remix they missed some aspect of this… I dunno, but again, every other class/race combo was able to get thru it, find a work around, etc, except the BE Demon Hunters.
