Hi, I’ve already completed the Timeless Isle but when I did it I didn’t see I have no space in my bags and couldn’t get the Astral Emperor’s Serpentling. I already completed the 3 achievements requested.
Having this same issue, earned this on Btgothgf and bags were full, pet did not go to mailbox, completed steps again on second character and no achieve awarded - no ability to re earn, was advised from support ticket to add voice to the existing reports

Whats weird is it says its been completed by warband and not acutally saying which character. When indeed there was only one character that did it and all the other achievements for timeless isle that happend that day say the correct character and not just completed by warband
Seems like a glitch on blizzards end with this not giving the reward corrrectly.
Running into this issue as well. Killed all the bosses and got the achievement on Chrysowave but no pet. Blizzard’s response was first to make sure I had the achievement, the second was to report the bug, so here I am.
