Sadly, it looks like it won’t. I was hoping for them to allow us to enable War Mode and even voiced my concern about it on the PTR forums, but didn’t get any response from the blues. You can only enable War Mode in Stormwind / Orgrimmar / Valdrakken, but since we can’t access those zones, we can’t enable it.
Faction conflict was a huge part of Mists of Pandaria too 
I didn’t get a chance to play on the ptr, but maybe there will be pvp at the karasang wilds pvp areas. Although I never played original mop and don’t know if the incentives for pvping there were significant or if they are included in mop remix. Even if warmode is disabled, maybe we can still flag ourselves for pvp by typing /pvp, and maybe certain areas like enemy faction towns will forcibly flag pvp.
No, it will not have pvp. This is a temporary event which people are only doing for mogs.
Casual PVP would be so awesome in this though
