Remix Evoker Bug?

I am unsure if this is a bug or there is logical explanation/fix, however,

My evoker was originally a timerunner alt during the MOP:Remix and from the most recent patch, obviously, they are now part of the main game. However, I have found myself stuck with a few things.

One: Unable to change specs. It says “spell not learned”.
Two: I am missing spells that I should definitely have at lvl30. Such as Soar, disintegrate and others.
Three: This is not for one of my former remix evokers, its all of them.

Is this due to them being low level and are stuck in this weird limbo because I didn’t end up learning the spells because I didn’t do the normal dracthyr opening from the quests? or is there something else going on?

Should I report this as a bug?

I’m having the same issue.

Didn’t end up leveling my evoker in remix (level 10) and a ton of spells are missing from my spellbook.

I just submitted a ticket

I would imagine not leveling to 70 is the issue. It is a hero class that started at a higher level, so maybe that has something to do with it. I leveled my timerunner to 70 and had no issue.
