The birds near Nayeli Lagoon have this attack called “Caw!” and I highly doubt this attack should be doing over 12,000 damage (at Lv50s) when its un-interruptible and the birds (especially the red ones) spam it over and over again.
Normal enemies are doing 1,200 - 1,500 with melee attacks for comparison.
