Hello,
The quest [You Can’t Take the Sky from Me] is bugged.
After the stealthing NPC disappeared and I couldn’t progress the scenario, I abandoned the quest and am now unable to find or otherwise trigger it. I’m concerned it might be necessary for an achievement, even though I already have the mount reward regardless.

SAME!! i started the quest she stealthed and never popped back up and when i abandoned the quest it shows the quest in my order hall and at mount hyjal when i go to both locations she is not there to restart the quest! iv flown to dreamgrove, mount hyjal, shrine of aviana and nothing.
Ditto. Exact same scenario as described above.
DO NOT ABANDON THE QUEST!!! Happened to me where she disappeared. Remembered that abandoning quests in remix is bad thus far so I didn’t. Start by leaving the area and then right click your portrait and reset instances. Re-enter the area and she should be back where you need to follow her again.

Would have been useful yesterday for me but I hope that helps others before they get stuck like some of us.
Even if she isn’t and you do take the quest again, I’ve found the ‘cleanest’ method was to walk up after taking the flight point to the quest area. I was already a stealthier cat so that worked out.
(After the fact she’s stuck with me and causes other issues… but that’s an issue I’ve mentioned in another thread)
This is one that I was able to complete. There is a specific spot you have to move to while prowled in cat form. If you have TomTom it’ll be /way 43.07 22.98
It’s near a small stone/rock formation just in front of the orange npcs that can’t be interacted with, and past the normal aggressive mobs that you’re supposed to prowl past.
I was able to finish this quest line in remix - but now Thisalee Crow is a follower - I am unable to do raids, dungeons, at times use my HS or Dreamwalk, because I am stuck in some bug loop. I have to log and relog just to get around the zones. I put in a ticket.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to open the in-game support menu for a while (even on a new PC, so not a cache issue). I opened a ticket and got an automated response to submit a bug and visit the forums… So, no solution in sight so far. This isn’t the only Remix quest with an issue, but it is by far the most progress-hampering one I’ve encountered.

I managed to get the mission again!!!
In my case, Thisalee Crow was at The Dreamgrove (/way 31.40 4.77).
If she’s not there for you, follow the steps below from the official support reply I received 
Support replied to me as follows:
The quest “You Can’t Take the Sky from Me” is a multi-step chain that moves Thisalee Crow between different locations, and your character needs to be on the exact phase to interact with her. When you abandon the quest midway, the game fails to revert your phasing to the initial stage.
Thisalee Crow is not located at the obvious spot marked on the map to pick the quest back up. She’s in a hidden location inside your Dreamgrove.
To continue the quest, go to the Dreamgrove (the Druid Order Hall), look for the Shrine of Aviana, and head to the northwestern part of the Dreamgrove map. She’s usually found in a more secluded area, away from the Treant Sapling where the map incorrectly marks her position. After that, look for her around coordinates (43, 23) within the Dreamgrove.
A common point of reference is the Moonwell and the dirt path behind it, to the right of a flower bed.
I also recommend disabling your AddOns — since this is a phasing-related bug, try temporarily disabling all interface AddOns and doing a /reload while in the Dreamgrove. This ensures no AddOn interference with the NPC’s visibility.
Check Follower Missions: Make sure Thisalee Crow isn’t currently on a follower mission from the Order Hall table. If she is, you’ll need to wait for her to return before you can interact with her.
If the quest icon appears on your map but she’s not physically there at the marked location, she’s almost always found in the hidden northwestern area of the Dreamgrove.
