I’ve been trying, it’s hard though. There’s too many of them lmao.
Edit: You should see the paladin forums.

this is wow arena? couldnt tell with the elder scrolls damage numbers and unbelievably stupid one shot from some no name monkey that blinds first global and runs away(???) to the entire team. seriously wtf is this?
Ya it’s peak spec design from Blizzard. On top of Divine Toll being dumb, that stupid blind doesn’t break on holy damage. xd
This thread is oddly reminiscent of BfA S4 Blood of the Enemy Ele, a build that was strictly inferior to its gushing wound, or even full vers, alternate.
The Ele set up - skyfury, on-use trinket, 2nd trinket proc, cape proc, Engi helm proc, pre-cast Stormkeeper, willingly running into melee range, Blood of the Enemy.
How quickly people can change their minds.
Good thing they nerfed Chill Streak. 25k damage total as opposed to this ret doing 25k dps LMAO.
This ret globaled that entire team 15 seconds after the match started. LOL
This is peak balance, don’t @me
That burst was impressive because not only was it incredibly high damage it required the entire enemy team to fall asleep at the wheel. Ask Stikkirikki how many times that burst failed. I bet it failed more than it worked. Once you knew that’s what he was gonna do you killed the skyfury the moment it dropped and you just ran from him the moment stormkeeper went off. Wait out the stormkeeper and oh no he’s now useless for 45 seconds.
Repeat: It only worked when people were horrendously unaware of what was going on.
3300mmr arena btw https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/684661806643544090/806553997208453181/unknown.png
Only 80mph?
Please show me how to get 100% crit as Arms cause the highest I’ve gotten it this season is 9%. I’m definitely doing something wrong.
Looks like Chill Streak needs to be nerfed another 5%
Where’s all the rets to defend their class? Just from the looks of that burst it needs almost a 30% nerf
no no that stupid class look fine. maybe buff them up a little bit
With MUCH less RnG involved to.
Honestly, the best fix for the Divine Toll stuff if they insist on letting the Ringing Clarity conduit work in PvP, is to never let any of the Judgements crit. That might be the only fix that would significantly increase the counterplay without gutting the spec back to Legion/BFA play-levels.
That’s exactly my point, getting a string of crits in a row is devastating but it’s RNG. It’s not consistently happening
Rets defending their dmg, lmao
It’s not happening every game. But I watched like 20 cdew games yesterday vs ret teams. They went about 50/50 but like 4 of the losses were stuff like this. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/684661806643544090/806553997208453181/unknown.png
One of the games was Mes eating 31k in Wake+TV damage. First time I’d ever heard a slightly tilted Mes he said “are you kidding me?” immediately after.
Also, doesn’t help that Ret gets access to the prot Legendary. Pretty cool they all play that now. Over half the rets at like 1600 I fight when I do boosts have it on now.
This video has brought me to a conclusion. Nerf iceblock.
The saddest part for me is that if they nerf Ret, a few of my FOTM rerolling irl friends will go nuclear.
They’ve never played PvP before but heard through the grapevine that Ret Paladin is fun so they’ve rerolled and they’re all sitting at 2k+ despite not knowing 80% of anyone’s toolkits, yet they insist that Ret is fine and they’re just naturally good at the game.
One of them is absolutely seething about Warlocks and demands they get nerfed and if he gets nerfed before Warlocks do, he’ll lose all faith in Blizzard.
I don’t even try to discuss anything with them.
