Do you know much about the Second War? About the man who’s death hastened its end? Who was one of the greatest military leaders in Alliance history and who’s strength and courage in battle were renowned across the Kingdom of Stormwind? Have you ever seen the statue outside Blackrock Mountain and wondered why was built?
The Servitors of Lothar invite you to attend a remembrance for Anduin Lothar, the Lion of Azeroth, as part of our guild’s ten year anniversary month, where you will learn about all that and more!
We will begin with an introduction about Anduin Lothar himself followed by a retelling of his last few days - the liberation of Ironforge through his battle to the death with Doomhammer - before we end with a brief discussion of the unit’s origins and our connection him. After that, everyone will be invited to light memorial candles to honor him and all others who died during the Siege of Blackrock Mountain.
In the spirit of our guild tenets, we ask for compassion towards those of other factions in attendance. No weapons, violence, or heckling allowed.
