Died to a ret last night who managed to blind me and my partner and then chunk me before it was over…
They… do, though? Like, really quickly.
Even talented into Deep Roots, roots break to the first significant damage.
The only exception to this insofar as Entangling Roots goes is Prickling Thorns, which doesn’t count toward the root break damage cap for obvious reasons (but no one takes it regardless).
Deep root roots in my testing take close to 8k damage to break. That’s an insanely high amount of damage imo
